Healing Octopus

Healing Octopus is about being deliberate in the digital world and falling in love with the real world. To me this means being intentional with using screens and to focus on creating and nurturing connections in the actual world.

One of my efforts towards this mission is to offer Free Hugs octopus shirts and buttons and other items, so we can give and receive hugs and contact out in the wild. I’ve had a number of magical interactions when I’ve put myself out there and I want others to do the same. Not everyone gets to experience a heart-felt hug so this feels very important to me.
